It’s better to buy it according to your upper body size not your weight and the correspond size chart! that’s why i need to change it, cause I’m wearing size M but according to size chart and weight, i got size L that is big on me! Review: I sit at desk all day, have poor posture hurting my shoulder/ back. Support is easy to use and it helps straighten my posture = less shoulder / back pain I can’t wear for long due to poor posture, will increase my timing each time. I’m usually size 14, took axle there was still space for Velcro to tighten. Please like if it helps 😊
