Review: I tried a SHEIN waist trainer and it’s pretty much what you’d expect for the price. It gives a nice snatched look under clothes and smooths the waist instantly, which is great for outfits or special occasions. The material is stretchy with decent compression, but it’s not very strong or structured. Comfort is okay for short wear, but it can feel tight when sitting or after eating, and it may roll a bit depending on your body shape. It’s not really for all-day use. Overall, it works well for temporary shaping, but it won’t change your waist long-term. Rating: 6/10.
