Review: This jacket is lightweight, like a windbreaker. I sized up to be able to put a sweater underneath. For reference, my son is 15 months old, but will be closer to 2 years by the time it gets cooler here. I have just rolled over the cuff on the sleeve. Please like my review if this is helpful.
