I purchased a size 32W x 32L, and when I measured it against a physical tape measure, the dimensions were completely accurate to the millimeter. The waist fits securely without requiring a belt, yet it leaves just enough breathing room so you can sit down comfortably. Because this is a rigid, high-percentage cotton denim, it does not have the cheap, synthetic stretch of lower-end pants. It holds its structured silhouette perfectly throughout the day without bagging out at the knees or sagging at the seat. The length hits right at the top of my shoes, creating a clean, timeless look without excess fabric pooling at the ankles. If you prefer a loose, baggy, skater-style fit, you might want to size up by one. However, if you want the classic, tailored look intended by the designer, stick strictly to your true size
