Review: i don't know about the size chart but i just took M as it is my actual size this is the arm cover that i've been searching for a while. the cloth looks expensive and doesn't look like a regular arm shaper. it can match any clothes you want. though i don't think it can really shrink your arms i'm still satisfied with the item.
