Review: I'm glad I sized up because this is not a normal 5xl. this fits more like a 2XL for USA and Canada but I like it because it's long enough that it covers my back fat and the straps are thin, adjustable and removable. it also comes with removable pads but I keep them in. comfortable would recommend
