Review: Beautiful piece! Exactly as described. Hard to photograph as it is incredibly dainty. It is internally threaded which makes it comfy to wear and keeps it secure. Be patient with putting it in, because if you are anything like me it'll take a while! Maybe get a friend to help? Have been wearing it for weeks with no issues. Water hasn't discoloured it. Points are sharp, but haven't bothered me since installing. I think it'd make for beautiful nostril jewellery as well as helix.
