Review: These are like nylons with a thin gel pad on the heel. I put some castor oil on my heels then put on this with a sock over top. It effectively keeps the oil on your heels and not just soak into your socks. once the oil is gone heels are crusty. I’ll have to see if consistency pays off with smooth heels. For the price try it. I do recommend it
